Bug#627178: live-boot-initramfs-tools: resolv.conf not present on netbooted systems

On netbooted system ipconfig is used to obtain an IP address.

Since dhclient is broken and running it on netbooted box kills the box
it is not started.

This means there is no resolv.conf created on the live system.

For resolver to work resolv.conf must be copied from the initramfs to
the root of the live system.
