the correct answer would be a long answer of about two pages to cover
all aspects (which i should put in the manual at some point). however,
in the meanwhile, the short and not precise enough answer: you don't
need to license the newly created 'distribution', but put the source
tarball (as lh can create it for you) alongside the binary images when
you distribute them and you're fine.
