Live-sn problems

Hi,
first of all tnx for the great job made with Debian-live.
I'm trying to use the persistence mode with a live-sn
labeled etx2 partition.
(if I try with live-rw everything works well)
At boot time i write: live persistent
and the sistem hangs on saying:
"Cannot mount /dev/hda2 on /dev/hda2"
then starts busybox....
I've googled around and found some pages about a patch to solve
a problem with live-sn...it is my case?
Can i solve the problem directly from the live system?
