i think you've interrupted a previous build that kept the lo device
used; remove it, clean the build directory, and build again.

ftr: /usr/share/live-helper/examples/cron/images.sh is a script used to
build the official prebuild images, it builds iso, usb-hdd and net
images after each other without problems.
