RE: installing from a debian live cd
Has any progress been made on the ability to run the installer from within a running live system?
Part of the reason I ask, is that I have a laptop which for some reason does not initialize the usb drivers until after the start of the debian install from the lenny installation cd's. This means that the installer is unable to load the brltty braille terminal, and I would like to have debian on the laptop so that I can use it for my development platform.
