dh-make-0.38 now has: Copyright Holder: <put author(s) name and email here> And I suggest that lintian warn on the string "<put author(s) name and email here>". Additionally, it would be very good if lintian would warn on packages whose ./debian/copyright matches "^Copyright Holder: " but doesn't seem to look like a list of authors and a year.
