ntlmaps config file should not be world readable

A lintian check on ntlmaps shows:

W: ntlmaps: non-standard-file-perm etc/ntlmaps/server.cfg 0640 != 0644

This is because server.cfg may contain passwords (to proxy servers), so
I do
not want it to be world-readable.

Lintian tells me to send you a note so it can recognise this in the
future,
so this is what I am doing.

Thanks,
