IMHO, the AGPLv3 license defends webapp _users_ freedom by adding conditions
on the 'software' side to solve the ASP loop hole which the GPLv3 presents.

About the 'data' side, the webapp users are the owners of her/his data and
they are who can request the complete deletion of her/his data kept at the
service provider.

If part of the webapp users decide to set up theirs own service they can get
the source code (thanks to the AGPLv3) and fill again her/his data. So the
webapp locking disappear. That is _user_ freedom.
