I tried to ask Edgar too, and once also uploaded revoco to NEW.
Joerg has REJECTED it, with the following statement:

rejected, but sorry, the copyright situation isnt so that we want to
include it in main.

Upstream is lying with "I havent written it, my bonobo has",
second he is german and he cant disclaim all rights on it. If he really
wants to make it free he should chose the BSD or MIT license, that seems
to be what he wants. Otherwise its not distributable at all.

I gave up revoco then, if you have time, you can try larting Edgar, but
I doubt that will help.
