The dissident test is not part of the DFSG, nothing in DFSG #3 says that
you must be guaranteed anonymity and anyway it's a generic request for
"identification", which could as well be a pseudonym.

Which is not part of the DFSG either, so it's not much relevant when
evaluating the freeness of a license.
