That is not a copyright notice, at least in the US. Title 17, Sec. 401(b) gives the form of a notice fairly clearly: The symbol ©, the word "copyright", or the abbreviation "copr."; the year of the first publication of the work; and the name of the owner of the copyright owner.

So you should probably do do something like:

Copyright 2005 Principle author(s).
... license terms ...
For full copyright information, please see the file COPYRIGHT.

And in the file COPYRIGHT, you can list all the copyright holders, the full text of the licenses, etc.
