Then throw the BSD away and allow only everyone to use the copies you
distribute under GPL. As long as it is real GPL (or something free)
and nothing requiring the additional execptions.

Otherwise it is always discrimination, as it always implicitly says:
"and full rights to every author for the part of the code he wrote".
