Anyway, the generally accepted concept of software in the context of
software engineering includes not only the programs themselfs being
produced but also all documentation about the development process, user
documentation, internal documentation, data files required by the
program (not input but for example UnicodeData.txt) and in general all
deliverables produced by the development process.
