At first and second read it looks like the usual clarified Artistic
Licence, which is DFSG-free. Have you tried wdiffing it against the
real Artistic to have pointed out what Marc Druilhe has changed?
(It doesn't *seem* to have enough changes that M.D. can claim a
copyright of his own, as he does above).
