Okay, I read a bit further: it's a third party saying this.  In any case,
it doesn't seem to matter; I doubt a testimony that it's free for
non-commercial use helps Debian much, anyway.

You say: "However since this Word List is used in the linux.words package

for most purposes."  /usr/share/doc/wenglish/copyright does claim that it's
"free of copyright", but README.linux.words.gz contains the same "at least
for non-commercial purposes" paragraph (line ~162).  Maybe someone should
ask the wenglish maintainer or upstream about this.  (Too late at night
for me.)
