If it's linked against GPL programs, you have the following options:
1) The GPL.
2) A GPL compatible license. See
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/license-list.html#GPLCompatibleLicenses
3) A GPL-Incompatible license. This would mean that GPL users of your
program would have to stop using it.
