cpuspeed - script to change cpu's speed

hi,
i've made a simple script to help me change the cpu's frequency.

I've also made a script to catch event's from acpid and detects when the 
ac power is turned on or off and changes the speed (low or high)

For those who compiled the kernel with asus acpi patch, when the speed 
is slowed down, the mail led (the blue one in asus L3C) will light up.

i've made this last night and the may be some things not working 100% on 
all acpi-enabled laptops.
