Yes, I did recompile once again and it is now working as a module.
Most of the config files seem to be there. It's just that I think
that I am missing something ... for example ... I might be making an
assumption that the IRport is /dev/ttyS1 or 2 or /dev/ircomm0.
But... it might be /dev/irda1 ? Or .... I'm making some sort of
silly mistake of that sort. Maybe I need to unload irmanager which
is loading itself when the computer boots ?
