make-kpkg.1 manual page changed

Hi,

        In the kernel_image target in the manual page for make-kpkg, I
 have added a paragraphs about /etc/kernel/*.d/ directories that
 people can dump in arbitary scripts to do what they want at various
 stages of installing or removing kernel-package.

	So, one paragraph has been moved, and a new one added.  I am
 attaching the English version of the new man page, and would
 appreciate updated translations.
