Debian Web-Page: international/Romanian.wml

Hello,
recently this file was updated (both in Romanian and in English) and I
wanted to sync the German version, but unfortunately there is a
missing closing tag for the new link[1]. Could you please update both
files so that the link properly enclosed the text to be linked?
