[D-I manual] Full builds enabled

Hello,

Because of the progress made for the Italian translation of the 
Installation Guide, I have decided to enable all architectures for the 
daily builds instead of only i386, as can be seen on:
http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/manual/.

I hope the translation team will continue their good work and keep the 
translation up to date and complete the translation.
