d-i: traduzione cdebconf

Ok,
dai msg precedenti sembra che nessuno si sia ancora occupato di

debian-installer/tools/cdebconf/

l'ho fatto io.
Note: 
1)non ho riempito i vari campidell'header (tanto non credo di avere i diritti poter fare il checkin con CVS
2)ho cercato di non trovare una traduzione parola per parola dallinglese ma piuttosto di concentrarmi sui
concetti da esprimere
3) ho lasciato invariati termini quali "item" e "default" perchè sono sicuri che avete già concordato come tradurli
4) "Puoi selezionare la priorità più bassa della domanda che vuoi vedere:\n" mi ha messo in crisi... so cosa vuol dire ma non rende...
5) non so come vi coordiniate per le traduzioni e spero di non sprecare banda postando qui la traduzione... nel caso ditemi come fare
