Désolé David, mais c'est Nicolas qui a tout fait, je n'ai jamais trop
utilisé ce module.

Dans ton fichier perso, tu peux ajouter
  % po4a: command *br
  % po4a: command *hbr
  % po4a: command *hhbr
pour supprimer ces commandes du fichier POT.
Après, pour avancer, il faudrait faire une traduction, et voir ce que
donne le résultat.
