Hi,
I don't know if it is feasible, but I thought of
multi session CD's. If the CD is split in Task oriented
sessions( like rescue, office etc. ), one could build a
CD with that Sessions that do interest him. I know that one
will lose, if I remember right, about ~20 MB per session, so
this means the sessions should not to small.
