Bug#617453: restarting doesn't always work on Dell Latitude E6400

I don't have a /etc/default/grub on this machine. It seems to be
available with grub-pc, but here I have grub-legacy.

Perhaps I should use

defoptions=quiet reboot=pci

After a search on Google, I've found
