Bug#599238: Hash Sum mismatch when running Xen 4.0.1-1 and 2.6.32-5-xen-amd64

When attempting to install software using "apt-get install
<packagename>" fails with "Hash Sum mismatch"
Problem does not exhibit when running 2.6.32-5-amd64 kernel

Here is the transcript:
