Bug#385553: linux-modules-extra-2.6: ndiswrapper requires rules target override

Currently, I don't understand why the override is unacceptable and no
explanation has been given.

Nor is it clear what is broken about the ndiswrapper build system; other than
it not conforming to the standard kbuild invocation as it would if it were
aiming for mainline Linux exclusion. Its not aiming for mainline inclusion, and
even more than that, must perform preparatory steps to compile against a
variety of different Linux source tree's. It just won't get "fixed".
