Package: kernel
Severity: normal
legacy SB (ISA) does not work under the new kernel. It works perfectly
under 2.6.7. Right after execution of a command like "cat /dev/dsp > /tmp/a",
the system stops responsing. SysRq works though. There is no segfaults.
I could connect remotely to the system (eg. ssh), but sshd did not respond.
That is, the connection is ESTABLISHED, but ssh does not respond.
SB related parts in dmesg are:
io=0x220, irq=7, dma=1, dma16=-1
SB 4.11 detected OK
sb init done
If you need any extra information, plase let me know.
