This 404 page is there from 30.06.2006 till now (05.07.2006). I waited for "update" but nothins happens.

This is normal for security updates. The changelog will be available from 
packages.debian.org once the next point release for Sarge (r3) has 
happened. If you want to see the changelog in the meantime, just download 
the package and extract the contents.

Also, this is not a bug in the package but at most in the 
packages.debian.org server.
