I think I'll wait & see before doing the ia64 tpu & unstable builds - if
the ABI change goes in (and just this one), then I'll be able to stick
with the -3 SONAME. If you'd rather see the ia64 build go in nowish,
lemme know & I'll bump the SONAME in sid from 3 to 4.
