Alright, I've got all the patches in the kernel-source-2.6.9 directory happily applying, except for marvell-pegasos (benh, svenl; you guys should take a look at it and make the necessary changes). For anyone else building out of SVN, simply remove that patch from patches/series/2.6.9-1, and it should work.
