That silently implies that you hopes a favourable outcome in next GR.
If it wouldn't so, we will have anyway heavy new RCs to dial with.
At least we have to collect all stuff which needs cut and be ready.
Surely removing unuseful sources is due, but that can be mainly
done with less efforts (maybe)
