Good it helps. I guess Debian could switch to a better (=supported, 
actively developed) solution than gtk-qt-engine. There's already a RFP 
for gtk-kde4 ( http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=537588 ) 
which seems to be a good solution.
I started packaging it but don't really have time now - so if someone 
wants to get the job instead, I have some files where to start from :)

I guess it would help debian/Kde users to have a fully working system 
in Debian's official repos.
