The old kdebluetooth doesn't work on KDE4 while the new one needs a lot 
of development. For simple tasks, like synchronizing my mobile phone, 
using it as a modem, transferring files, I rely on GNOME's blueman, I 
don't know if it can be useful for your devices and your purposes.
