Upgraded to kde 4.3

I did the upgrade today, and so far, I'm impressed. One question though...

How do you change the colors of the panel?

I hate that light gray/dark gray barber pole action they have now. Is there a way to go back to the semi-transparent blue that they had in 4.2.x?
