IMO, more than a time issue, it is a "remembering about it" issue...
When we started the website it was a clear improvement (there was nothing
before). We do our best in keeping it up to date, but we sometimes forget or
the information you are waiting for appear there (like skip 4.2.3), is not
something planned previuosly so we communicate it...
