 Working now.  Had to remove the g15 keyboard specific bit
 from my xorg.conf.  Might have been an xorg server upgrade
 that happened at the same time (?).

 Have just re-checked this, and yes, that's definitely already
 set that way (must have picked it up from the 3.5->kaboom upgrade)

 The error message I get in a popup is:
 'The key you just pressed isn't support by Qt'

 Odd, because v3 supported this keyboard just fine, of course,
 and other 'magic' keys on this keyboard are also working well now.
