Akregator is not auto-fetching

Got a little problem with akregator in kde 4.2.2. Its not autofetching. I have it set for

Show tray icon
Use interval fetching
Fetch feeds every 30 minutes
Fetch all feeds on startup
Use the browser cache

I've tried various combinations of these and the other General settings, and I still cannot get it to fetch on its own. I also had kde 4.2.2 on my laptop before I turned it in, and it was fetching fine.

Any ideas?
