Indeed, the fonts (especially the black on white in Kmail) display
went bad on me also at about that same time. My DPI changed from
75x75 to 111x111, and I had to readjust all the font sizes. Until
this change was suggested, I thought I was just SOL. Now the letters
look beautiful and clear, thank you all.
