I have downloaded source packages for kubuntu from ftp.kde.org and
recmopiled them without any problems (just fixing something in
debian/control). Unfortunately, I cannot find neither .debs nor diff.gz on
my computer -- I have probably removed them. But it should fairly easy to
do it.

As a rule of thumb, the more qualifiers there are before the name
