kmail (KDE 3.4): 'ignore thread' weirdness

Now that's what I call the true benefits of the open source development 
model :-) :-) :-) - Rich Birch is already taking care of this problem and 
produced a patch.

I'd be very happy if that would make its way into the next (pre)release of 
the Debian packages!
