kudesigner can't run

Hello,folks, 
   
   I have followed the instructions of Koffice installation to 
successfully install the koffice 1.3.5,and have run kword,kugar and 
etc.but i can't run kudesigner.i have found kword,kugar,kchart , 
kudesigner and a series of koffice component engine in the /usr/bin.i 
entered the directory and double clicked them.when i clicked kword,kugar 
and others,they are all successfully started,and when i click kudesigner 
or run"kudesigner" in the shell,there was nothing happened.what 
s the matter?can anyone help?
