$ apt-cache show kscreensaver | grep Recommends
Recommends: kwin, xscreensaver-nognome | xscreensaver, xscreensaver-gl
kscreensaver provides only a few screensavers itself (/usr/bin/*.kss).
The vast majority are provided by the xcreensaver & xcreensaver-gl
packages.
