konqueror and windows 2003 shares (smb://)?

Hello list,

is there a way to use konqueror to browse smb shares on
Windows server 2003? Our group recently changed to
this server from NT (now forced du to the bad update from MS)
and I am not able to use konqueror on these shares.
Mounting with smbmount works fine (but needs -o workgroup=foo)
I added this to the windows ressource settings in kcontrol but
without success. Is it possible in priciple or does the smb io-slave
not support Windows Server2003 yet?
