Korganizer deletes its std.ics + wrong menu behaviour

Hello,
I have two problems with Korganizer:

1.
Whenever I start Korganizer it is renaming the default ics-file (/home/userX/.kde/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics) to std.ics.backup and creates a new empty std.ics file.

This problem doesn't happen when the std.ics has write permission for the group, but after closing Korganizer the write permission for the group is removed again (by Korganizer?).

This problem means the regular loss of all personal calender-data for me!

2. In the menus of Korganizer are several double etries (like File->Purge completed 2x) while others are missing (like Help->'About KDE', actually there is only 'Tip of the day').

I'm using Debian Woody together with the KDE 3.2 backport (and some non-kde-backports).

Can anybody give me a hint?
Tobias
