You are trying to install kde backported for Debian/Woody on a machine 
running Debian/testing.

I recommend you remove the kde.org sources from sources.list and follow 
the instructions in the wiki to install the Debian/unstable debs on 
your Debian/testing section.

  http://wiki.debian.net/DebianKDE and look for the section headed 
"Sarge [aka testing] (using sid debs)".
