File sorting doesn't ignore case and Debian menu in KDE 3.2.1

Hello, I've updated today to 3.2.1 packages from sid and I have found 
two different behaviours from previous version (3.1.5) that I can not 
setup.

1) In konqueror, in file browsing mode, upcase and lowcase filenames 
doesn't get mixed as before. I've not found in control panel the 
setting to change this.

2) Debian menu is separate from starndard KDE menus. I prefer the old 
system where in each category of the menu (Apps, Internet, Multimedia, 
etc...) there was a Debian Menu.

Any help to archieve these results (specially the first) will be very 
appreciated.
