i subscribed the mailing list, so i had to start a new thread.

i copied the file there, but problem didn't vanish.

i tried adding a test user, but same problem.
i tried removing all ~/.kde*, just to check that it was not a problem
about personal configuration...

btw, that file was missing in my debian sid, so i suppose it's in the
right way to solve.

Attached is the rc file for kde 3.1.5. Just put it in the right place.
