Mmmh... Neither python-qt2 nor python-qt3 depend on anything into KDE.
Probably you're talking about them Conflict-ing with dcoppython, which
"shadows" PyQt because both have a "qt.py" file, and dcoppython places
it on a path with higher precedence.
