default crypt plugin selection kmail 1.5.2 -> kde 3.1.2

Hello,

I have an anoying problem with kmail and crypto plugin

Always de openpgp plugin is selected as the default cryptographic module. 
Becuase this one doesn't work for me I have to choose the enclosed 
(translation) plugin. Everytime I write a mail I have te select this one 
instead of the default one. 

How can I select the enclosed plugin as the default one?
